It’s nowhere near the grandiose brilliance of the first flick but you can’t go wrong with Jason Statham.

I just watched Crank 2 on New Years over some Jagerbombs. I found it ridiculously entertaining!

Ah well HL2 doesn’t support the controller so stand down, sir!

I loved Bayonetta from the second I played the demo but haven’t started the full game yet. A slice of Japanese gaming lunacy.

I never played the first Mass Effect but after seeing the previews that have said it has drawn closer to being a shooter with Gears style cover mechanics has lit my enthusiasm.
Plus I bought the first game in the Steam sale! But it doesn’t have controller support which is an epic, epic fail.

I need to get the wireless controller kit for my laptop . . . though the only games I play are Half Life 2 and Civ IV . . . so it’s not like I NEED it, I just WANT it.

The Army of Two 2: TFD demo was pretty good EXCEPT the controls were like trying to steer a dead whale on the freeway. IF they were to fix that, I might get it on sale. But the first one handled pretty poorly as well . . . so not much hope there.

I’m interested in your thoughts on Bayonetta. I keep seeing how people are excited about it . . . but it looks a little “Anime out there” for my limited American gaming tastes.

I have to avoid Steam. So many good deals. I want to buy them because they are priced so nicely . . . though I barely have time to play the games I have now.

I’m very much looking forward to Mass Effect 2, you ?
