Going Dark

In recent posts I have made comments about things not exactly being very good at present, and as I’m going to be away from the blog for a while I thought I would write a quick outline post before vanishing into the ethos for a time.

My Dad is currently very ill, I won’t go into specifics but if I say seriously ill, you get the picture. Of course this has placed a huge amount of strain on the entire family, and we are devoting all our time and resources to trying to make him as comfortable as possible during this difficult time.
I’m fortunate to have a family who will rally round in times of crisis, and its at times like these you are grateful to have such loving family and friends. Myself and the entire family would also like to send out a huge thank you to various friends across the internet who have reached out and helped in any way they possibly can. Mere words alone cannot express our gratitude. You know who you are!

Naturally videogames, high definition AV technology and all those other things that go to make up the content of this blog aren’t particularly high up on my priorities list right now, so I will not be blogging for little while. How long I don’t know, but I will be back so please don’t delete me from your RSS feed or however else you read this!

I have one last piece of content to go up, a Blu-ray review of The Death & Life of Bobby Z. This should be up sometime in the next week or so, and what happens next is anybodys guess.
So until we next brush shoulders in the corridor of life, it’s goodnight from me.
