2008 So Far
It blows! I had hoped to be getting back into the swing of things at work, and finally knuckling down and studying for the remaining four exams to complete my MCSE.
But in reality I have been coughing my guts up, running a temperature and being barely able to talk since losing my voice on New Years Eve. There’s nothing quite as miserable as sitting up in the early hours of the morning, waiting for Beechams capsules to do their job.
Thanks whoever gave this to me, it may be nice staying in and catching up with TV shows and videogames, but not being able to talk or earn any money has me frustrated and irritated beyond belief

It was me, I gave it to you. I’ve been in and out of the bathroom (mostly in) for the last two days. Had to leave work early yesterday.

As much as I hate losing the money for a few days, I’m glad I have stayed home. It is FREEZING cold here in the UK right now and plus I have had my good lady here to look after me so it’s not all bad.
Sorry mate it might have been me, oh well at least now you can say you have had two things free from me (incl Coffee)….

Don’t worry Ian, thise came out on Boxing Day and took ages before it finally hit so you’re off the hook!
It’s quite cold here in Tennessee as well. It has not been above freezing in a few days. This morning it was 8F outside my apartment. That’s -13.3C (according to weather.com) !
I think it WAS Ian who gave it to you.

At least I’ve got my voice back now.
