As you may be able to tell from the site name, my name is Pete Cullen and this is my personal website.

I live and work in the South of England as an IT consultant and contractor.  My company is called Cullen IT Consultancy and we specialise in Windows server and desktop solutions.  If you are interested in those areas then please check out my company web site, which also contains a blog which deals with the more techy side of things.

Here I write about my passions, movies, videogames, TV and pretty much anything you can enjoy with your eyes (within reason!).  My main area of interest is High Definition.  I have been an avid HD fan since buying a plasma TV in 2005, and here you will find a number of articles about HDTV, Blu-ray, HD-DVD (RIP) and also Freesat, the UK’s free satellite broadcast service.

There is also a large archive of reviews, primarily Blu-ray movies but there are also hardware and software impressions.  As of December 2008 I have switched the focus of the blog back to being a more personal effort rather than attempting to give as much in-depth information as possible.  But I will continue to write about my hobbies, but in a more general way.
